So,

You can just use 2 Ethernet Card. One for WAN, and one for LAN and VLAN? And
the switch must also support VLAN? Just to confirm. It seemed that I need to
upgrade my current switch to the one that support VLAN.

No. In fact a vlan interface saves you adding another LAN card. It
effectively takes the NIC you have and turns it into additional logical
NICs. The switch that it's plugged into must also support this function.
