Mark (and others who did not post to the mailing list),

I thank you all for the quick reply. The fix was to set IIS to port 81 as
stated by Mark and Juan and port forward 81 --> 81.

FYI: If you change settings in the NAT Settings you must also change them in
the Firewall Rules (the change
 does not traverse to the Firewall Rules for you).
