connecting to resources on vpn network

i have a question , i can vpn into my network at the office that is on 
monowall..

the main network is

192.168.3.***

and the exported network for vpn set to 192.168.2.5 for the one client  
(which is me)

and i can connect just fine..but yet i can not reach any of the 
resources on the network

the network i am vpn'd into is

192.168.3.1

and

192.168.4.1 on the opti1 interface

and yet i can not reach any of the resources on any network,

i have servers on both network segments...

any help would be appreciated
