Well, it should be the address of your firewall.  This was also with
captive portal, which you do not seem to be using.

However, on second read I did notice the Cisco 300 PoE switches.  I just
got a few of those in, and I am trying to develop new curse words
appropriate to them.  Boy do they have some
"unpredictable" behavior...  And this from someone who is used to Cisco.
(Used to Cisco being 8n1-9600, not 8n1-115200...)  Try a non-vlaned AP
directly connected to the wire...
