Hmm ok thanks for the advice, the thing is that the bios in this case has a very limited set of options, but I will try to set the interfaces in another pc using the provided software (DOS based). I have MSI BXMaster mainboard. Never had any problem with that. I was using realtek cards too, without any trouble.
