just use a flashcard reder/writer. these devices are available for usb oder even ide. but beware
when writing the flashcard that you don´t use the wrong target. all devices are listed also your
harddrive so don´t overwrite the wrong target ;-)

I understand how I can write on a FC from windows and then how to insert
it on my 45xx, but where Iput the FC on my PC to use the physdiskwrite
0.4 program ??
