Nope u dont need a floppy when using hdd.

This may sound like a dumb question, but, do you have a formatted floppy
disk in the A: drive of the generic-pc? Or, (someone correct me if I'm
wrong) is the floppy drive necessary for storing the configuration when
using the HD versions of m0n0wall?
