In some cases I have 30 or 40 users conected to my mono and would like
to limit them as a maximum each of 256 (internet to pc direction ) or in
some cases to 512.

Their Ip adresses are not correlative. Can i set up a 1 pipe per user
limited to the relative bandwidth ?

30 or 40 pipes are ok, or this will slow down the mono ? I am using a
soekris with 128 Mb memory.
