Why not Ad-Hoc? It works with other systems. Also, I've tried that too. m0n0 OPT3 HOSTAP x.x.x.25/30 <--> m0n0 WAN BSS x.x.x.26/30 (Can't get association). I just tested with my laptop and I can connect and ping both boxes using Ad-Hoc mode.
