M0n0wall, as shipped, is running on FreeBSD.  Although there is a PPC port 
project under way, it barely boots.

Seems to me your best bet would require some development work on your 
part.    Port m0n0wall to another OS.  Likely candidates would be NetBSD or 
Darwin, both of which run on the PPC and are BSD-like.  Since m0n0wall is 
almost all in PHP, that should be doable.  The biggest challenge would be 
to get it to bootstrap on a different hardware platform.
