I have not seen any firewall distros that currently support this, and 
don't believe there is anything in the works with m0n0 at present, 
someone correct me if I'm wrong.  I haven't looked into the feasability 
of doing it on FreeBSD either, but there is a patch that has limited 
support for the 2.4 kernel, which you can read about at 
http://l7-filter.sourceforge.net/.
