Even gives some context to "how high is too high"... if you have a
consistant 4.0 and things are too slow, doubling your "horsepower" should
move you towards 2.0, which may be "fast enough"...

Would like to see if anyone argues / corrects what you said - cause it makes
the most sense on the subject I've read in one place so far ;-)
