Problem with NAT and fw-rules

Hello,

I'm a little lost ...

My configuration:

        wan:1.2.3.4
        lan:192.168.100.10 lan: 192.168.100.x
ISP --- m0n0wall(4501) --- internal lan

is there any example how can I setup NAT and firewall to allow client
connect from internet via ssh to a internal lan maschine?

My trials are all ended in timeouts ... I've never seen any connection
in my FW logs.
