You have to execute these commands on some UNIX machine with OpenSSL
installed (doesn't matter whether it's Linux, *BSD, Mac OS X, ...).
There's even a Windows version of OpenSSL. Or just stick with the default
certificate/key if this OpenSSL stuff confuses you.
