To access your console from a windows machine, just use hyperterminal and a null-modem cable (db9 - db9 serial with rx/tx lines crossed). If you're using a soekris, the default LAN interface will be sis1 and you can connect right-away to the webgui on 192.168.1.1, so no need to use the console anyways :) Joachim ----------------------------------------------- MISSION STATEMENT ----------------------------------------------- Oce enables its customers to manage their documents efficiently and effectively by offering innovative print and document management products and services for professional environments. ----------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER ----------------------------------------------- This e-mail message and any attachment are intended for the sole use of the recipient(s) named above and may contain information which is confidential and/or protected by intellectual property rights.
