Anyone have a How-To on setting up a m0n0wall-to-m0n0wall ipsec vpn ?

I thought I saw a How-To on the list , but I have been unable to find 
it.

also, has anyone been successful in setting up a m0n0wall-to-m0n0wall 
ipsec vpn where both m0n0walls are using dynamic IPs on their WAN 
interfaces?
