If you mean using m0n0wall as a WINS-server: totally not. M0n0wall is designed to be a firewall product (I know, there have been infinite discussions about this subject) and because of that design, is extremely ~ good at that. Adding a WINS server would compromise that design. What you could have a look at, is m0n0bsd (http://m0n0.ch/bsd/). As small as m0n0wall, but more general and thus capable of supporting Samba (which you would need for WINS support).
