Before a user can access any IP address
other than the firewall, he/she must
go through a "Captive Portal" web page.
The only way to get the Firewall open
is to complete this page.
If you have a Free public hotspot,
it might just say
"Welcome to my hotspot,
these are the rules....
Do you agree?"
Or, it might say "Please support our Sponsors...."
Or, the Portal might authenticate against
almost any type of password server,
such as a Radius server.
