Setup another PPTP range, maybe 192.168.1.20/28 and a PPTP server 
address inside of these range.

- LAN - Address: 10.0.0.1 / 24
- DHCP-Range: 10.0.0.150 - 10.0.0.199 (with static mapping for
network-devices NOT from that range !) -> ?? U can only map MAC to IP 
inside of a DHCP range (maybe 10.0.0.155 03:xx:xx:xx:xx)
- PPTP-Range: 10.0.0.48 / 28 -> I belive, that can't work, try please 
another subnet
