Dang. I made a typo. The second Queue is supposed to be with Weight 1, not
2. Not that it matters for the function of the shaper, but it might seem
confusing.
 
These are the correct queues:

Queue 1: Pipe 1, Weight 1, Mask source
Queue 2: Pipe 2, Weight 1, Mask destination
