IPsec client for Windows

Hi guys,

	This was probably previously discussed. But I'm looking for a win32 
ipsec client. I've looked at SSH Sentinel so far. And the XP
"built-in" that only does l2tp ipsec. So any of you know of a nice one?

My client is looking for a simple client. I'd go with the Cisco one, but 
it doesn't support PSK.

any suggestions?
