Possibly/probably already suggested...but :

Network traffic logger that:
- given a start and end date will show the *total* amount of data in/out.

ie:
I share a cable connection with my neighbour, only my data travels through 
my firewall (he is n the other side and deals with security separately), I'd 
like to know the total amount of 'our' data quota I have used.
