Permission problems...only from the outside? Very odd. You're definately using the same (ftp) account for both inside and outside testing? Stupid question I know, but what else could it be? -----Original Message----- From: Paul Hormis [mailto:phormis at blur dot com] Sent: Saturday, September 20, 2003 6:15 PM To: m0n0wall at lists dot m0n0 dot ch Subject: [m0n0wall] Another weird FTP problem... Hey thanks to all of you that helped my with getting my FTP to work throught m0n0wall. Everything seems to work ok with one problem. I can now connect to my FTP from outside my LAN. The only problem is, no matter what I do "permissions wise" I can not see a directory listing. Also, when I try to upload I get a permissions error. When I connect within my LAN I have no problem, it is only when I am going through the m0n0wall that I am having permission problems. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks, Paul p.s. Does anyone know where I can find detailed instructions for m0n0wall? Perhapse a help file or any other documentation? I would like to have something to reference to. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: m0n0wall dash unsubscribe at lists dot m0n0 dot ch For additional commands, e-mail: m0n0wall dash help at lists dot m0n0 dot ch |
