Yup, same account.

I can connect no problem from within my LAN with either a browser or an 
FTP client.

As soon as I try from work (outside my LAN) I have permission problems.

I thought maybe they had something going on from within the studio so I 
had a few friends try from home, still no luck.

Very odd.
