No, although m0n0wall has the WINS server field you can input to point
to your WINS server assuming you have Samba running or some type of MS
server.  At that point, you can browse the internal network by name.
Otherwise, if you know internal IP address of the computer you could
always reach it by using \\ip.ad.dr.ess format.
