i dont know how roadrunner operates, but doesnt it dole out connections
via pppoe ? in which case, your m0n0's wan interface should be set to
pppoe and you'd need to enter your roadrunner username/password.  i'm
assuming, of course, that your cable modem is not a dhcp server and does
not do pppoe.
