this is something i discussed with manuel as well, and i thought the fix
was already in. could you run 'ls -al /etc/dhclient-exit-hooks' in
exec.php and check if it's set to be executable by all ?

oddly, turning that executable fixed it for me though it didnt make sense
why that was the case.
