Well, I'm in m0n0wall right now, and I think that you can do it in DNS 
overrides. Just foreward it to a non-popup site. And if you are using 
DHCP to get your DNS server you've got the override working. Thats how 
you do the forwarding, but you can't blockout anything else I think
