Adam,
I experienced what you've been describing, for the first time last
night. Prior to minihttpd becoming unresponsive, I had a mobile IPSEC
connection up, and a PPTP connection going. While going through the
firewall rules, I noticed that the browser eventually timed out.
Investigating.
