QoS for VoIP

Hi,

I am using a Grandstream VoIP adapter, to make calls over the internet, and
it works perfectly with my m0nowall.

Since I have experienced bad sound caused by mails being sent and files
being downloaded, I would like to make some QoS settings for my m0n0wall.

Can anyone help me doing that? I am a newbie in using traffic shaper tool.

I need about 80 kb/s reserved for VoIP on a certain IP or MAC.
