From what I've heard, OpenVPN works anywhere cause it can be set up to use a
single TCP socket which can even be customized to any port that will work -
you could set it up on port 80, so unless you are forced to use a proxy, you
could tunnel through almost anything.

There is a module in the works from what I remember seeing here.
