ipsec tunnel -help for beginner

Hi all
It is possible to use m0n0wall to create  network with:
1.)  central m0n0wall - network 10.1.1.0/24 -IPsec server
2.)  3 m0n0walls with network 10.1.x.0/24 -IPsec clients

via VPN IP sec tunnels?

 two of clients have static public IP. one of them dynamic IP.

Is it possible to have 2 wan interfaces in one m0n0wall box? 1 for 
regular use, 2 for backup? (how to set it up to work ? static routing 
with metric?)
