Simply by looking at the error messages, I see both private and public 
IP addresses (+ loopback interface address): I don't know RACOON so much 
to say the problem is there, but that would help if you could send us 
details on your setup: WAN and LAN IP addresses for both sites, etc.

Could you send us the result of status.php ("hidden" page), too?
