I can help you with adding the 3rd network card.  Make sure your m0n0
is runing fine with only 2 nics.  Then add the 3rd card and boot. 
Connect to the m0n0 from a web  browser on another pc.  Next to
interfaces click assign and assign your new NIC to OPT1.  That should
do it.
