what if you have 2 clients and one is uses minimal bandwidth... will
it still allow the other computer with a P2P app access to the spare
bandwidth?

| yes, masking would mean that the clients would share the
bandwidth/queue
| flows equally. if there were 2 clients, they'd each get half, 3
