is it pci or isa?

case isa:
- buy pci :)
- try playing irq/io settings in bios
- you may need a dos config floppy to set pnp
  and irq & io settings
- may need to config fixed io/irq in the kernel


case pci:
- try playing irq/io settings in bios
- other pci slot
