MonoWall on a USB drive

I have searched the archives but haven't found anything helpful related 
to this question.  Can MonoWall be run from a USB flash drive?  My PC 
can boot from USB, but if it is possible, which ISO would I use (CD or 
HD) and what utility can write the image to the USB drive?
