Well then... I'm no longer a dummy! (Don't tell others that I have

Sheez! I was using etc/GMT-5 I figured as EST is -5 timezone
that this would give me the right time. it's how XP installs..

They're in local time here.  Are you sure you set the timezone correctly
in General Setup?
