i've got a noob question, i'm looking for recommendations on how to block 
yahoo messenger.There is no standard port that this software runs on, as 
I've even seen it switch to connect to a server on the standard telnet 
port(23).  i've searched the mailing list & didn't see any info on this 
subject. TIA
