httpd (opera refresh) issue - only half of page gets loaded

If I connect to m0n0 httpd via https and opera7.54/win2000:

Opera very often loads half of the page (the loading process is
finished, seen that quite often on fw rules page), I need to click the
refresh button and then the page will be shown completely.
