Take a look at: http://www.m0n0.ch/wall/installation_generic.php

There is a command switch (-u) as a safety to help prevent you from
overwriting your OS HD with the image.

So at a command prompt change to the directory with the image and
physdiskwrite.exe and type:

physdiskwrite -u generic-pc-11.0.img
              ^^ *Note*

Hi, All

I'm trying to install m0n0wall on hard disk use "generic-pc-11.0.img"
'physdiskwrite.exe' but select the particular hd(0-1) error occured, "That
disk is larger than 800 MB (safety overwrite check). Please choose another
one."
how can we install m0n0wall on hd.
