Prism 2.5 firmware

Hello list,
  I found the Prism firmware version that I need (Thank you Marten!), but I'm not sure where to go
from here. The only device I have with mini-pci is the wrap board. Is there a module for m0n0wall
that will allow me to flash the mini-pci card, or do I need to order an pci to min-pci adapter for
my pc?
