It's a trivial thing, but before I do it, I
thought I would ask if anyone wrote a script
to take a config.xml and some network numbers
and produce a new config?

The idea is, I get all the rules just right
on the first "hotspot", I change some IP addresses,
and it works at the next hotspot.

Anyone want the finished product?
