Hello for France,

I am a beginner and not a software developper.
I have written my localized page reboot_fr.php, downloaded it and then
copied it to /usr/local/www/. When I point to
https://monowall_ip/reboot_fr.php, I get an "access denied". How do I
gain access to new pages without developping them as new features
on a FreeBSD box, which I dont have and cannot do anyway.
