I have one group of users and I need them to proportionally  use one 
pipe in m0n0wall traffic shaper -less users at the same time -more 
bandwidth per user.
How Queues in traffic shaper works?
For example: all users Queues (mask -source) have the same 
weight. If there is only two active users -do they share 
bandwidth in pipe 50/50? Which weight should be set to Queues 
to get this situation? 100?
