lan not working with RTL8139C

Dear all 
 
 i use generic-1.1.img for try  m0n0 , but why the lan is not working ( i use 2 land card rtl8139c )
, also i want use 2 land card and not use wireless , how to configure that .
 
 Also if i want use ssh for administrator what should i do and how to put sshd to my m0n0wall
machine .
