I apologize for asking what seems like a simple question, but I can not get
any ports that I specify to forward.  If I use any of the preset ports
(HTTP, HTTPS, FTP.) they work perfectly, but anytime I select "other" and
type in a port or range of ports they will not forward. I'm setting
everything up identically in both cases, and I always make sure the auto add
firewall rules box is checked, but it still will not work.

Any help would be appreciated.
