DHCP and Bridging

I am still having a problem with DHCP and bridging OPT1 and OPT2.  Once 
OPT2 is bridged with OPT1, DHCP no longer works on OPT2.  I have even 
tried created rules to allow the traffic and I can see the DHCP packets 
being blocked in the log.  Any thoughts?
