As far as I can see these MIBs didn't make it through?

I have been searching for MIBs for CPU and memory load for a BSD-system.
They should be as follows:

CPU user: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.11.9.0
CPU system: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.11.10.0
Total RAM: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.5.0
Free RAM: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.6.0
Used RAM: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.6.0

Would there be a chance that these can be implemented?
...That is, if they ARE the correct and working MIBs.
