SIP not working after dsl reconnect, state reset or m0n0 reboot helps

Hi,

I expereince the same situation as Bert Mittelstedt discribed in his posting

"SIP-Telephone: it isn't working after the reconnect. This is
permanent. Also restarting the Telephone does not help. Here it helps to
restart m0n0wall or reset state."

Is anaybody aware of a solution, fix, workaround?

This problem occure on a site in germany connected to deutsche telecoms t-dsl.
